Mizudashi is the Japanese word for the cold brew extraction method, and this purpose-built Cold Brew Coffee Pot executes it elegantly. It’s a simple immersion system with a glass body and removable lid to which a special filter basket is attached. This allows you to submerge coffee grounds for a period of time of your choosing (somewhere between 8 & 24 hours) and remove them quickly and easily when your extraction is finished. It can brew on the counter or sit in a refrigerator, and once you’ve removed the coffee, it also serves as an ideal serving and storage container for your cold brew!
