All our quality coffees are sourced as sustainable and direct as possible. Sustainable for the producer, the environment and all parties up to the consumer.
Each coffee is roasted only when ordered, using a roast profile we identify that best represents each coffee’s flavours and aromas, All our coffees we taste and score them on complexity and body. Coffees that score 4 stars and above are specialty grade.

La Serrania Decaf from Huila Province in Colombia. From the same area that Los Idolos comes from, this is a quality shade grown decaf, that is decaffeinated at source using sugar cane by product. this coffee has great fruit and is medium bodied, a 4 star complexity coffee.

This fully washed coffee is from a collective from Cauca in Colombia that grow and produce coffee under the organic certification banner. It is a rich earthy coffee with citric and coca notes. We receive this coffee 3 times a year, so it is always latest crop.

A fully washed Ecuadorian Caturra coffee from Martin-Vega that has nut and cocoa flavours and an apple juice finish. 4-star complexity with a medium body.

A unique single farm Limu called Kossa. This is fully washed Organic #specialtygradecoffee. Fruity and sweet with nutty undertones.
Ethiopian Yirgacheffee Kochere coffee beans (FW)R115.00 – R460.00 incl. VAT
A Yirgacheffee / Yirga Cheffee that does the legend justice! This fully washed coffee is a Grade 1 from the Kochere micro region and grows between 1800 and 2000m.
White grape and florals with each sip. Coffee is a good example of mild coffee with 4 stars in complexity. Crop 2017/18.

A Pulp Natural Arabica Catuai from Fazenda Sao Paulo that has hazelnut and cocoa flavour notes with an orange finish. This is a four star complexity coffee, with a medium to full body.

Wildly Organic, a full bodied blend of Organic and wild grown pure Arabica coffees. Vanillas and mochas are dominant flavours. We call this an organic coffee, and it achieves 4 stars in flavour complexity – medium body.

Our blend of coffees sourced directly from the growers in two different Colombian provinces, and a Mayan reserve in Colombia. The characteristic roasted almonds from Colombia are gently softened by the organic Colombian and complimented by the Acidity of the coffees from the Hulia region. At least 4 star in flavour complexity.

Half Decaf = half La Serrania half Limu, to give you a more flavourful coffee with half the caffeine. A complexity coffee that tolerates some milk.

The Bunna blend is made up of all pure 4 star quality shade grown Arabica from African coffees. The coffee is balanced and gentle on the taste buds, with good complexity and is quite morish, and medium bodied. This is a 4 star flavour complexity blend.
